How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are sent to your email as soon as the order is dispatched.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India. No hidden fees or unexpected charges are added at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all brand tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Send an email to vinay@louiswilliams.in with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the pickup and return process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned product arrives at our facility and passes quality inspection, your refund is initiated within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
